Can I Join Google After 12th or 10th?
You’ll need atleast Graduation in any stream to apply for a job in Google.
However, in some countries like US, Google came up with internship for students. You can check the official website for student internship programs.
How to Get Job in Google After 12th?
As mentioned above, you’ll need at-least bachelor’s degree to join this tech giant. However, it is not essential to have an IT background. With finance, business or designing background you can apply for associated job type.
It’s not easy to be placed in Google, Mr. Mathew Epstein of US tried hard to land in his dream job. He started a campaign Googlepleasehire.me, which attracted many companies. Even the big G offered an interview, but may be with low GPA or with wrong question they failed to hire Epstein. However, no worries he landed in another company. You can read his story here.

As I can’t list all job roles, am listing 3 primary domains.
- Engineering (Technical): Application developing, STA engineer, Product manager, Research Scientist, Audio/Camera hardware manager etc…
- Business: Sales manager, Business planner, Strategy & Operations Analyst, News Marketing Manager & Recruiting lead etc…

Qualification to Join Google:
If you didn’t skip above content you might have understood that you must hold degree to get placed in this software company. However, there is an option for students who’re pursuing degree or PhD. You can check the available positions from above link.
But, with 10th or 12th class you can’t join Google. You must work hard to be placed.
Yes, those canteens, gym and other perks offered by these companies are enticing. But, having desire alone can’t help you get a job.

Option: 1 (Through Campus Selection)
After completing 12th, you must join a top engineering college through entrance IIT JEE, AIEEE or state level engineering entrance exam.

Based on requirement in the company, hiring process is given to third party consultancy services.
Hyderabad and Bangalore are IT hubs of India. You can find consultancy companies that help you attend off-campus interviews conducted by Google and other tech giants.
Even Google is outsourcing its hiring process in many parts of India. After clearing your graduation in engineering with at-least 60 percentage, apply for off-campus interviews conducted by consultancy services.
Based on requirement you’ll be placed in your dream job.
From last few years even Facebook, Google and Amazon are hiring B.tech graduates of computer science for reviewing, analyzing and updating their products like Google Ads and Google Maps etc…
Option: 3 (Direct Walkins)
If you’ve handful of experience in any skill, then you can directly check job portals like Naukri.com, Indeed.com or visit careers.google.com/jobs for latest updates.
With 5 years of experience in any stream you can apply for the specified job position and go on with the interview process.
Option: 4 (Reference from Googler)
Reference is one of the effective ways to get job offer from software companies.
Though it’s difficult to find a Google employee in your friend circle, you can get from if you try with your old friends.
Buy them a coffee and ask them to give referral to face interview in Google.
If things go well in the interview you can get an offer letter from the search giant.
Note: Don’t think of getting a fake experience letter from any company and join Google. These MNC companies have verification team that will check all your details. Not just you lose your job, but you may have to face legal problems.
Also, don’t get trapped from back door entry from any HR firm. Things will not work this way in Google.

I don’t think any particular percentage is given by Google. But most people recommend atleast 65 percent.
